Loco Worldwide - Beating Brexit

With Brexit looming we're taking the changes that we need to make and using them to our advantage! Installing a whole new checkout with the most advanced features in our industry which will make Loco the best option for buying skates internationally, whether you are ordering from Europe or further. 


Phase 1. Completed 2019...

As our international service improves so does the Locoworldwide community. Since launching our new website in 2019 we've installed tools which auto-load our prices in your local currency, it even deducts the EU Tax for countries which do not need to pay it, making us the cheapest option for skaters in many countries.

We've also improved the way we process shipping labels and are using 'Paperless commercial invoicing'... this all means that international parcels will get to you with less delays.



Phase 2. January 2020...

At the end of January we will roll out phase TWO of our international delivery updates; allowing customers to pay using familiar localised payment methods specific to the country they are ordering from (like Klarna in Germany or WeChat in China).


The changes will also allow international customers to easily book returns through an international returns portal integrated into our website.


Additionally our new checkout will offer customers the option to pre-pay international import duty and tax at the checkout stage; speeding up delivery and taking away the hassle of paying the charge when the parcel lands. This means that you'll never be surprised by an unexpected import charge when your order is delivered to you.
