Delivery times are displayed at checkout are shown in 'business days'. (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not business days).

An email with tracking information on it will be sent to you when your order is dispatched.



Import Taxes and Duties

Some countries charge a tax and/or duty fee on the import of goods. Unlike many international shops, our checkout will show you what taxes & duties you will be due to pay and give you the option to pre-pay them on our website. This speeds up the delivery process and often results in a lower overall fee than if you are charged later (at the point of import). If no taxes & duties are displayed at checkout then we guarantee that you will not be required to pay anything at the point of delivery.




International Returns & Exchanges

  • If you are outside the UK, then use our online portal HERE to book a return which will then be picked up from you (or; depending on your location, we'll ask you to drop it at a local drop-off point). Using our portal gives you access to our DHL discounted international shipping rates. this is cheaper and more convenient than sending via your local postal service.
  • You are entitled to a full refund for any item you decide you don't want if it is returned to us within 30 days after you receive the goods. The items have to be packaged, unused and as new.

  • Please feel free to contact us by email or phone with any questions relating to international returns.
  • If an order is faulty or wrong then we will arrange a replacement at our cost.
  • You may return an item only if it is completely unused and in it's original packaging.

  • Please do not send used items back to us (unless agreed that they have a warranty issue). If you send us back an item which cannot be accepted as a return/exchange because it has been used then you will be charged the costs incurred by LocoSkates. We will keep the item for you until you can arrange or cover the cost of delivery back to you.

  • LocoSkates reserve the right not to accept returns of items which have been returned without their original packaging or with the goods or packaging damaged. In some special cases we may be willing to deduct from your refund an amount which relates to the costs incurred by LocoSkates for replacing the packaging.
  • All goods are covered by a 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects, although it will be up to our discretion whether or not a product malfunction has been the result of everyday wear and tear.
  • Items that are damaged or broken due to the destructive nature of extreme sports can not be replaced free of charge.
