Locoskates is not liable for damages or personal injury which may occur from the use of, or the inability to use, or the improper use of any product on the site. Products sold by Locoskates are extreme by nature and therefore it is a personal choice to seek the risks involved in their use. Locoskates Ltd recommends the use of proper protective equipment at all times when using inline skates, Rollerskates, Scooters, Skateboards or any other sport relating to the products we sell. This should include (but not limited to) Wrist guards, Knee Pads, Elbow pads and a helmet. Along with the manufacturers of the products we sell we always recommend users check and tighten their bolts before each time they use the product in question.
