Highly recommended! I'd bought online from Loco Skates before but decided to make the journey to visit their shop in order to find some inline skates. The choice here is astounding with mostly all the sizes (at least for me) being available. This is so different to other shops, where you can be quite limited to their available stock. This alone would have made this my go to place for skates, however on top of this the staff were amazing, highly knowledgeable (being skaters themselves) and were never tired of bringing out more skates in various sizes to try out. This made for a very easy and relaxed experience, which is how every shop should be. The shop is on an industrial estate so probably easiest by car (there's plenty of free parking directly outside). I'll definitely be making a trip to them for my next skating needs.

A big thank you to Gaston for his help with a query. I phoned the shop on Friday morning and explained what I was looking for. Gaston requested I send him over a few photos and a bit more information by email. By Friday afternoon I had received a very thorough and detailed reply setting out six options with links to products on the website. After careful consideration I placed an order on Sunday and received a generous Black Friday discount. I look forward to receiving my (grandson's) new skates later this week - although I could have got them by Tuesday if required. This is my third order from these guys. The level of customer service is outstanding. The range of products is brilliant and prices are very competitive. Highly recommended.

Absolutely phenomenal shop. I have previously ordered items online. However, today I visited the store as I now live close by. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. I was helped by Olly, who gave me some excellent advice and brought me several pairs to try on and was super accommodating throughout. Highly recommend buying any of your skate gear from here, and if you can,definitely visit the shop so you can try stuff on!
