Them Skates rose from the ashes of the Valo brand and their announcement of 'closing their doors' in 2018. Jon Julio, is the face and founder of Them Skates after his role at Valo for 15 years. Them has quickly built up a cult following around the globe. The Them boots use a unique shell sizing (uk6-7, uk8-9 and uk10-11) and many bladers love them for their compact fit and look. The old school design, reminiscent of boots in the 90's, has not put skaters off. Them Has been the most avidly supported brand we've seen, maybe in the history of rollerblading; for good reason, the skates perform amazingly and the roots of the company are as deep as it gets.
